I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the car I purchased from your dealership 3 months ago. The car, Mazda CX50 2023, has been giving me trouble the week after I drove it off the lot. The car does not turn on reliably and often displays a low battery warning, Safety and driver support system partially disabled among other codes, I've been using a jump starter even after being fully charged. This is unacceptable for a brand new car that cost me over $42,000. I have contacted your customer service department several times and they told me to bring the car in for inspection, but they did not offer me a loaner car or a refund. I've been having battery issues and not able to turn on the engine in the morning after leaving the car off for more than 8 hours which is absurd. The battery and engine are a vital part of the car. I am very disappointed with the quality of the car and the service I received from your dealership. I feel like I have been cheated and misled by your false advertising and promises. I hope that you either replace the car with a fully functional one or refund my money in full. I also expect an apology and an explanation for this situation. If you do not resolve this issue to my satisfaction, I will take legal action and report you to the Better Business Bureau for selling Lemon Cars.
