We came in on a Saturday to test drive a CX-9 and a CX-50. Michael was very kind and helpful, and did not apply any pressure. He made it very easy for us, and we purchased a CPO 2022 CX-9. Great service from the time I called to make an appointment with Alex until the time I drove home after service was completed. No wait time when I arrived to drop off my car. Miguel greeted me pro appointment with Alex until the time I drove home after service was completed. No wait time when I arrived to drop off my car. Miguel greeted me promptly, asked some questions, and he answered my questions. When I went inside, the Katlyn at the front desk was professional and welcoming. She arranged for Lyft ride to my office and back to Mazda when my car was ready. Miguel was great with text messages to keep me up to date and provided cost estimates and answered my two questions promptly and to my satisfaction. And, he was able to get two parts delivered so they did not need to keep my car for another day, which would have been a big inconvenience for me. I have been bringing my car to Culver City Mazda for many years and have always been satisfied with the service. However, I must say that I'm even more satisfied now thanks to all the great employees. Bravo Culver City Mazda! More
