I wasn’t informed of the estimated cost, even though this was my FIRST service, which I was told & thought was free. I had to pay my return Uber, which is ridiculous being you don’t have or offer Loaners or was my FIRST service, which I was told & thought was free. The light where the air comes in stays on. When I told the guy who checked me in (John) he said it’s supposed to stay on, that’s not true….. Geez, if u don’t know, just say, I don’t know & we’re not going to fix it. Next time (if I return to Culver City) Mazda, I’d prefer a “Seasoned” technician, like Martin at Culver City Volvo. More
