I arrived a little early and I was checked in within a few minutes. My service Rep, Steve Ruiz, went over my car and verified why I brought the car in. He asked if I needed a ride. I declined until told m few minutes. My service Rep, Steve Ruiz, went over my car and verified why I brought the car in. He asked if I needed a ride. I declined until told me the service would be at least 3 hours. He also explained that their power rinse was out of commission and apologized. I accepted the ride home. Several hours later Steve called to say the service was complete. He also advised what other service my car would need. A few things could wait but two things I authorized. About an hour later Steve called to say my car was ready and he transferred me to reception to arrange a car back to the dealership. Check out was seamless. When I got to my car it was clean. The power rinse must have been repaired while my car was there for service. Big bonus!! More
