This review is mainly for the service department. Very busy, took a while to fix my warranty issue (cracked cylinder head) which is understandable. My service advisor was great; no issues with his customer service. However, just wished they had given me a loaner upfront instead of waiting for 2 weeks. Need more loaner cars for your customers. If Mazda wants to be perceived as a luxury brand, they need to start treating their customers like other luxury brands. Making your customer wait 2 weeks for a loaner (and having to call/pester almost daily) knowing that a cracked cylinder head repair would take days, is unacceptable. More
