My service rep was very thorough and had quick access to my previous records. She was very communicative throughout the process. I really liked the video the technician texted me to go over the service th my previous records. She was very communicative throughout the process. Everything starting with check-in took just a little longer than I expected (I waited about 15 minutes before a rep was available to check me in, which seemed long given that I had an appointment). The service itself took longer than I anticipated (2.5 hours vs. the 1.5 I expected), but I didn't actually ask how long it normally takes, so that's on me. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I will definitely return here for any warranty repairs or prepaid service on my vehicle. More

Steve is very helpful and professional, and good with communication. But the office as a whole was a bit chaotic. It said online they opened at 7:30AM but when I arrived then to pick up my car, I was tol communication. But the office as a whole was a bit chaotic. It said online they opened at 7:30AM but when I arrived then to pick up my car, I was told no one could help me until 7:40AM - even though they were fully staffed. At 7:45AM, another employee approached me and brought me to a car that was not mine, it was being dropped off. Eventually, I was able to get my car. Currently considering the extremely extensive, and expensive, list of their suggested repairs. Generally, I liked the video tour feature where the mechanic summarizes their findings - but the mechanic spoke extremely quickly and overall I think a direct phone call would have made much more sense. More
