It started with scheduling. I called for an appointment and I was immediately directed to Mazda service. The young I spoke with advised of the earliest available appointment whi I called for an appointment and I was immediately directed to Mazda service. The young I spoke with advised of the earliest available appointment which was perfect for me. My entire call took less than 10 minutes. When I arrived my service adviser met me at my car and explained what services were going to be performed. He did a visual inspection and asked if I had any concerns. Since my routine service was already in the computer I had no concerns. I asked how long the service would take and I was advised it should be done in a few hours. I elected to stay and wait in the comfortable waiting area. The coffee machine wasn't working but the young lady at reception directed people to the waiting area a Volvo. Steve came by to see me and advised there were a few additional things that were concerning and told me the cost. I agreed to have those done. My car was ready in less time than anticipated. Quite honestly I have never had a less than 5 star service appointment at Mazda. More
