Great people and service! I've bought five vehicles from Cumberland Toyota and they have been so good to me. Josh Lawson would have stood on his head if I had asked. No kidding I've bought five vehicles from Cumberland Toyota and they have been so good to me. Josh Lawson would have stood on his head if I had asked. No kidding he's a dynamo salesman. But more than that, he's a good person, and I feel a really sincere guy. He's been there to help at every turn. Also, I would like to thank Wayne Chaffin for his fine efforts in helping me, too. Let's not forget the body shop, that was very helpful to me in the process. I totaled my former RAV4, and they were integral in the process, and really made a stressful situation easier for me. After calling ahead we returned to the dealership and looked him up. As before, he explained everything as if my wife and I were his only customers that day. It's nice to find a salesman who takes the time and patience to deal with an older couple without rushing them into a car that they might be unhappy with later. If we decide to trade for a newer car at some future time, we will most certainly look up Josh again.
