I came in with the intentions of purchasing a new vehicle. When it turned out that leasing was a better match for me, I became extremly nervous having never leased a vehicle before. His professionalism extended through every step of the process, down to showing me every tiny detail of my new car (although it was a lot to take in and I put the user guides to good use after I got home). Barbara was also absolutely wonderful to work with. I've been bum rushed through financing paperwork in the past, and even though she had a full schedule of pick-ups that day she took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I fully understood all of the documents.
