Each sales person provided me with their cell phone number so if I had any concerns or questions, I could have them answered immediately. The deal came together quickly, with minimal effort on my part including contacting my insurance company, and when we arrived at the dealership I was pleasantly surprised to see each of the members of the team outside inspecting the car to make sure everything was in tip top shape.
