Moving from Manhattan to Westchester my Wife and I knew we would need a car. We rented a zip car on a rainy Saturday and visited about 5 different dealerships in the Lower Westchester area. Of all the luxury brands, we quickly realized that Acura gave us the most "bang for our buck." Upon entering the dealership one of the managers introduced us to Joseph Ventura who took us for two test drives; the Acura TL SH-AWD and the Acura RDX AWD. While new to the dealership (and likely sales), Joe was extremely knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of both vehicles. And, unlike the "seasoned pro's" we never once got a hard-sale. Joe smiled the whole time he worked with us and really appeared to enjoy what he was doing. Both at his desk and especially in the cars, Joe took the time to answer any and all questions and show my wife and I all the features in each vehicle as we took turns driving. Although we didn't purchase the car on that day, our visit to the dealership and meeting with Joe left us with a very good first impression. A few days later Joe followed up with a call and that's when the negotiating started. He listened to what we wanted and did his best to get the sales manager (Jim) to agree. Jim was nothing but professional on the call and in the end we came away with a price that we were comfortable with. We placed a deposit over the phone to hold the car for a few weeks (as we weren't ready for it yet) and when the time came to pickup the car, it was washed/detailed as promised. On the day we received the car Joe picked us up at the train station and drove us to the dealership where our meeting with Dimitri (the finance manager) was quick and easy. It's been a few weeks since we received our car (ended up with the RDX) and have enjoyed every moment in it. My wife and I would definitely recommend Joe, Dimitri, Jim, and the rest of the team at Curry Acura to anyone who is in the market for a new car. More

Dimitri Davidoff offered sound advice on the financing, which we were grateful for and accepted. He also fully explained some additional insurance options available. He made the final purchasing process a breeze. All of the paperwork was ready for us on arrival, financing, insurance, registration, etc., all we had to do was sign.
