Went for regular service and a slow leak in tire. Was told I needed a new tire. $300. When I got home the new tire went flat. I went back and was told I needed a new valve. At Curry Acura I along with my wife and daughter felt like we were part of the family from our very first visit. Joseph Ventura was God sent. We actually took out three cars on test drives (the MDX, the TL and the TSX). Joseph assured me I could take home any the cars I test drove. He worked out the numbers carefully. He kept open communication with me via text, phone and email. Never pressured and the final decision was mine. It was also a pleasure to work with Yuri. He made sure I was comfortable with my lease and answered any questions I had. What I liked most about Yuri is that he is honest and welcomed me and my family to his Acura family. It's been almost a week since my lease. The TSX I leased is a charm!! It rides excellent and people in my neighborhood and everywhere I go can't stop staring. I never never knew I was going to love Acura as much as I am loving it. I am extremely lucky to have met these two fine people - Joseph and Yuri. When we purchased the autombile there were issues with the handling (drivability) of the vehicle. The entire staff worked on the problem and made numerous attempts to correct the situation,but, unfortuna the handling (drivability) of the vehicle. In the end, my family and I required a replacement car and they took care of this transaction without trying to talk us out of it. The management staff handled this professionally and performed follow-up calls to ensure that we were satisfied with our choice. This is a well run dealership and I highly recommend it.
