They have quite a nice environment at this particular dealership, they have a waiting area that's comfortable and offers beverages. I've visited others and did not feel the same as I did here. As a female solely making a car purchase can be intimidating and frustrating but I did it and it was a good experience. After receiving my 2010 RDX, Fred made sure to do a few follow up calls to make sure the car was running well and if I felt comfortable with it. Not many dealership take the time to check on their customers after the transaction, so I appreciated that. This is my third Acura that I buy from Curry Acura and must said every time it just gets better. He also took the time to help me set up all the settings on the new car and explain everything in detail. The manager, Mr. Yuri Abramov also did an outstanding job taking it a step further with an even lower APR on the finance. I personally would say that most dealers out there should come to learn a thing or two about customer service. I was shopping around for other makes for almost a week, couldn't come close to what I wanted then went to Curry and within 24 hours was able to get an outstanding deal and the color I wanted. Just like if I was talking to a Genie. In a summary I would say that Acura makes excellent cars and Curry Acura provides the excellent and exceptionally superior customer service. After 3 Acura's from Curry, I feel like part of the Curry family now :-) No question that I strongly recommend and will also coming back for my next car. More
