Joe, our sales consultant guided us with many of the car features after we bought it and even setup some of the things for us. I own 3 Acuras, all purchased thru Jim at Curry Acura. One of them is driven by my son in Maryland and the transmission's 2nd gear started to fail. The car is a 2002 TL-S and out of warranty (Acura extend One of them is driven by my son in Maryland and the transmission's 2nd gear started to fail. The car is a 2002 TL-S and out of warranty (Acura extended the warranty to 7 yrs and 100,000 miles-whichever came first on a transmission they knew had problems with) and ours had just under 100, 000 miles. Jim dug thru a couple layers of Acura management and got us a great deal instead of the quoted repair cost of $6000 which the Maryland Acura dealership could only get down to $5,200. The transmission was delivered the next day and installed one day later at the Maryland Acura dealership, 300 miles from where he sits. How did he pull that off? My son will be getting a new car next year and he's coming back 300 miles to do it. That says it all. Thanks Jim!! More
