To start, this was my 4th Acura. I've owned a 2008 Acura TSX tech which was bought in long island, then a 2010 TSX and 2011 MDX Tech from Ramsey Acura. This most recent being a 2013 TSX which i wanted Acura TSX tech which was bought in long island, then a 2010 TSX and 2011 MDX Tech from Ramsey Acura. This most recent being a 2013 TSX which i wanted specifically in Vortex Blue as it was the same color as my 2010 which i loved. This rare color was held by only several dealerships, two of which were Curry Acura and Ramsey Acura. They both offered comparable deals and Curry was decided upon due to the lack of loyalty pricing shown by Ramsey. There were a few problems that were encountered, including extreme rudeness by the Financial Manager Yuri. Joe P was the sales advisor and was very friendly and helped to the best of his ability. There was a problem regarding inspection of the 2010 TSX that was turned in as a lease return, which resulted in a $900 charge for missing headrests which I had forgotten at home. Joe drove 2 hours each way to Connecticut to deliver the headrests to the auction site so that we would not have that charge on our record. There was also a problem with registration paperwork where the old license plates were transferred but the registration was not renewed in NJ despite over $300 being payed for the registration fees to the dealership. Mike the GM sent somebody to NJ(a 45 minute trip) to get a valid registration for the car and then personally drove out of his way to my home in NJ to deliver it to me on a thursday night. Overall, I love my Car which Mike helped to customize to my personal vision of the car and helped me love it even more than my old 2010 TSX. Despite the problems that occurred, Mike went above and beyond out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied as a customer, and more so, as a person. He displayed clearly the way that a General Manager of a High Volume dealership such as Curry Acura should act, and I hope to deal with him and Joe P again when it is time to turn my 2011 MDX lease in for a new car. More
My wife and I were in the market for a 2010 Acura MDX. We were being incredibly selective on the vehicle we purchased. It was incredibly difficult to find something comparable, at a reasonable cost, in Omaha, NE - or at that, within a close proximity to Omaha. That led us to do a search at Auto Trader, for the specifications we were looking for, at any distance from Omaha. We found about 10 that met the standard we were looking for. I called multiple dealerships, to get the best feel for their team, the quality of vehicle, level of service provided, etc, as we knew we wouldn't be able to test drive the car we chose (given we were so far from the dealership) prior to purchase. After reading additional reviews on Curry Acura, and spending about 10 minutes on the phone with Nick Furio, I knew this was our car, this was our dealership. I then decided to book a flight from Omaha to NY to pick up the car, and drive it back to Omaha. The car couldn't have handled the 1300 mile commute any better than it did. Very thankful for both Nick and Yuri Abramov's help to get us this pristine car. I would purchase from Curry Acura (and make the 1300 mile commute) again, any day of the week! More

Brought my car in for a car wash today (which is a great customer perk) and wanted to meet my new salesman, Joe Ventura, who had left me a voicemail introducing himself to me as my replacement for my prev customer perk) and wanted to meet my new salesman, Joe Ventura, who had left me a voicemail introducing himself to me as my replacement for my previous salesman who had retired. Joe was very helpful in showing me the navigation system and a couple of other icons, etc. I had not been aware of. My cell phone may be outdated as the bluetooth doesn't work well. Joe said when I buy a newer cell phone, to just come in to Curry and he will go through the procedure with me. Since I have not been home much since buying the car, I haven't really had much time to go through the manuals. I appreciated Joe spending time to 'navigate' me through some of the procedures. So far I've bought two Acuras (one new, one used) and now this Hyundai from Curry. I have also serviced them here and regret that I won't be able to have this car taken care of here (your Hyundai locat now this Hyundai from Curry. You have always treated me well and I appreciate your business acumen... everything has always been handled just the way I would like it to be. Susan, in service, always gave me good advice. Nick has been on target, knowledgable and polite and made the transaction clear and straightforward. And Dimitry handled the finances with assurance and absolutely no fuss... anything I wanted was done and seemingly without any trouble on his part. Curry is well-run and professional, which is why I came back. After all, I could have gone to several other dealers... What a wonderful experience Susan and I had at Curry Acura. Actually Susan ( my wife) was able to handle the WHOLE process herself. That had to do with the team that handled her. What a perfect young man for representing Curry at the first through last point of the sales experience. He demonstrated many capabilities/attributes that made us, his customers, feel so very comfortable with a difficult process. Richard was customer focused; had integrity; performed very well under pressure;, and showed respect for people. The entire team of Richard, Yuri, Robert, Mike and Jim displayed teamwork that was seamless and so comforting to Susan and myself. A great job, well done! More
I really put Zee through his paces when we went through the whole process. I requested many changes and he was able to come through with each request.
