I have been client at Acura for many years and our experiences are always very positive, but this one in particular exceeded our expectations. Courtesy and professionalism felt very comfortable and the process from start to finish was quick and easy. If I could work with someone this wonderful with every transaction I buy a car I would. Joseph explained everything to me and answered any and all questions I had, and trust me I had a lot. I must have called him 2 times a day with questions and requests, yet he was always happy to help and do whatever necessary to make things simple for me. Never once have I been less than satisfied with the courtesy, expertise and professionalism of everyone I've dealt with but in particular this sales representative went beyond it. This is my 3rd car with this dealership. That says it all. More

My son made the appointment for 12;45 PM. Upon my arrival I was checked in and brought to a service advisor. My advisor was David Pagano who was very courteous and professional. David was great, he got me done very quickly and also washed my sons car. I was able to make my DR. appointment with pleanty of time to spare.
