We were looking to buy an Acura but did not know which model to buy. We were still in a lease with Honda Financial for a Civic and had 11 months left on that lease. I called several dealers and explaine model to buy. We were still in a lease with Honda Financial for a Civic and had 11 months left on that lease. I called several dealers and explained my situation and some of them did not want to assume the remaining lease payments for the Honda Civic since we still owed 11 months on it. A few others did not want to give me information over the phone, they rather I come into the dealership. I finally called Curry Acura and spoke with a salesman by the name of George Petkanas. George immediately told me information that no other dealer did. He explained that he would have to see the Civic and run some numbers. He promised that he would try his best to make us happy and he sure kept his promise. Since the day I met George, he has always returned my numerous phone calls, tried his best to give us the best deal and followed through with assuming the remainder of our lease on the Honda Civic. He went above and beyond and even made a follow-up call to see how we liked the car. I am happy to say that we walked out of the dealership on Saturday, March 23, 2013, with a new Acura ILX.
