This is by far the best dealership I have purchased a vehicle from. They have some of the nicest people working there and they really want you to be comfortable and satisfied with your purchase. He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and even give us info on questions we should of asked. Once we we decided on the vehicle and color we wanted Wally worked with his managers to give us an amazing deal on our car and we were very happy with the price. There was no haggling back and forth on price and the usual number games that other dealers play. After purchasing the vehicle Wally followed up with us on multiple occasions to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our new car. It was very nice of him to take time to still call even weeks after the purchase, usually you get the here's your car and have a nice life treatment. Buying a car is often stressful, this time it was not because of our terrific salesperson and the fact that people there really want you to be a very satisfied and returning customer and it shows. I have been part of the Acura family for the past 12 years and dealt primarily with another dealership (Acura of Westchester). Because I lost faith in my prior dealership, I began to shop around. I found Curry Acura on the internet and started the dealings with Ebony. Once I was comfortable enough to visit the showroom, I met my salesman Wally Siriani. Wally was very attentive and friendly right from the start. Since I was extremely familiar with the vehicle, we went right to the sale. Wally took the time to explain everything to me and called to check on other options that I may be interested in. Once the vehicle came in and I was ready to pick it up, the process was easy and non-intimidating. I say non-intimidating because there was never any pressure to purchase something that I didn't need from Wally or the Finance guy, Dimitri. Overall, my experience was very positive. After the signing of the paperwork, I met the GM Mike who was also very pleasant and welcoming. I must say, I think I have found a new home in Curry Acura! The vehicle was delivered to me perfectly and Wally called the next day to see how I was enjoying it. Thank you Curry Acura for a job well done! More
