I was very pleased after I got past the front desk with the quality of customer service and the friendliness that was associated with it while being served by Nick Furio. He went out of his way and was upfront and honest and found a common link between us to make the experience more comfortable. My time with Rob Sorenson was professional and different. He was very thorough in his job and came off as knowledgeable in his job. Due to this dedication and professionalism he was not as customer service friendly as Nick. Although he tried getting me to buy additional packages his style of persuasion didn't amuse me. I was almost made to feel that if I didn't buy something extra I would be making and very bad mistake and I don't like it when people make me feel that way. I do understand he was using a sales technique but in the end it didn't work on me. The sale price was ok and I probably could have done a better job of trying to haggle the price. Was it the best price that I could have gotten? Certainly not, but it was a fair price and met with the market values and was a little under that. I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy and respect that was shown by these members of Curry Acura and the company should be proud to have these two on their team. More
