From the initial contact by phone (Bruce Sarno happened to pick up) to the time spent with Andrew Michener, our salesperson to the paperwork at the end by Dimitri Davidoff and Yuri Abramov, I must say that to pick up) to the time spent with Andrew Michener, our salesperson to the paperwork at the end by Dimitri Davidoff and Yuri Abramov, I must say that this was the best all around experience we have ever had in purchasing a new car. Upon entering the dealership, the atmosphere is calm, quiet and professional. The receptionist welcomed us and apologized for the wait which was nothing compared to other dealerships we had visited, We had done our homework and were well versed in what model and features we wanted and had done extensive preparation on the nuances involved in leasing. I found the sales staff appreciated our efforts and were very forthright and honest in discussing the sale. There was no bargaining necessary. The price was the best we had gotten anywhere and there were absolutely no hidden costs. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Andrew Michener. His warm, easygoing manner, his friendliness, openness and honesty, and his knowledge of the vehicle did much to convince us that this was indeed the car we wanted and Curry was where we wanted to do business. What pleasantly surprised us even more, were the number of phone calls we received from Andrew, just to check on how we were enjoying the car and whether we had any questions or concerns. He was so helpful without being condescending but rather making us feel that this was a learning experience and there were many resources to help us. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this dealership to friends and family and have already suggested to some Acura drivers that they make the switch to Curry.
