He delivers excellence each time even when for the first time calling because of an emergency and being taken care of as soon as I a been consistent. I made an emergency visit to my Acura dealer because the starter on my 2005 TL was not functioning. AAA got it started for me and I immediately drove to Acura. David Pagano saw me immediately and advised starter on my 2005 TL was not functioning. AAA got it started for me and I immediately drove to Acura. David Pagano saw me immediately and advised that the car could be checked by the end of the day. He arranged for me to have a loaner car since I live a distance from the dealership. This was all accomplished in approximately 15 minutes! By 3pm that afternoon, Dave called me and told me the car needed a new starter and that the timing belt should be replaced according to manufacture's guidelines. He informed me of the function of the time belt and the damage that could occur if malfunctioned. The work was completed and the car was ready by 2pm the next day. He went through the work that was done item by item. As part of the "B" service the tires were rotated. I realized this was my mistake since I hadn't advise Dave that I had 2 new front tires that were 2 months old. He had the car put back on the rack and had the 2 new tires replaced on the front wheels in a matter of 10 minutes. The service was excellent and Dave was superb! More
