We saw a used, low-mileage car we were interested in on the Internet and called to ask for additional details. He then arranged for a sales person to meet with us later in the day when it was convenient for us (we had to travel a distance) and called us back to confirm the timeframe. It was very busy Saturay at the dealership, but someone greeted us when we arrived, introduced himself and turned us over to sales consulant Nick Furio, who took us out for a test drive of the car. Mr. Furio was good humored and helpful, even making sure that some extra work was put into trying to remove a mark on the back seat. We decided to buy the car and Fiance Manager Yuri Abramov was patient, thorough and extremely efficient in guiding us through the financing process and purchase paperwork. By late afternoon, we were driving away in a new car, pleased with the service we received and glad that the dealership had made the complicated car buying process so easy. More

Charles was professional yet treated us like family. He was as excited as we were about our new car! And Dimitri Davidoff also treated us with kindness and respect. He is very knowledgable and helped us to make decisions about warranties and other options. Dimitri was candid and extremely helpful. He patiently walked us through everything and we never felt rushed. It was also clear that he loves Acura and believes it's a comany that makes great cars. Both Charles and Dimitri own Acuras and that gave us more confidence in their sincerity. We dreaded walking into the dealership, anticipating we would feel like we were getting "sold." To the contrary, both Dimitri and Charles made the experience of buying a car pleasant and, dare I say, fun! They shared personal stories and treated us like friends. I leased a 2012 TL After my 2010 TL lease was up. There was a manufacturing problem with the 2012 and I was unhappy with the vehicle. Manager, Mike Miele, took on the case himself, and in the end I was put was a manufacturing problem with the 2012 and I was unhappy with the vehicle.
