Five minutes after starting to talk to Fred, I knew I was going to get an Acura even though it was not high on my original list and I'd already seen two other cars I really liked. Hoowever, Fred answered all my questions honestly, was so knowledgeable about the TMX and was frioendly without being patronizing or obsequious which was a pleasant change from other salesmen I dealt with. He was kind enough to meet me at Lexus when I turned in my car and, then, after I got the TMX, was endlessly patient with both my phone and in-person questions. More

I was pretty much having a very bad day as my 06 Acura TL had a mechanical breakdown. This was my first time being stranded on the side of the road so it was pretty frustrating. Well everything turned arou had a mechanical breakdown. This was my first time being stranded on the side of the road so it was pretty frustrating. Well everything turned around once I arrived at Curry Acura. I was met by Dave, one of the service advisors, and he was awesome. He constantly kept me in the loop with what was going on with my car throughout the repair process. He was on top of the ball with getting my car finished on time and the shop finished ahead of schedule. I never felt in the dark the whole time. Basically my Transmission had broke down and 2 engine mounts needed to be replaced. Luckily, I had gotten the 7 year 100,000 mile extended powertrain warranty. So my 90K 06TL was completely covered. Brand new Transmission and new engine mounts at no cost. Bottom line, I had a great customer experience at Curry Acura and would have no problem doing business with them again! More
