Scheduled a next day visit with Jay Gold at Curry to look at a "very clean, one owner, low mileage, used TSX" found on AutoTrader. We have looked at dozens of them at both dealers and from private sellers and found them to be either not in the described condition, priced way above market, or both. When I took the initial look at this TSX, I knew this was not like all the others - it came with an honest and reasonable description and a fair price! Plus, it was squeaky clean (great detail job) and it easily had well over $1000 of routine maintenance performed just a few days earlier, so it was ready to drive off the lot immediately. There must be some hidden gotcha here - what is it? We'll surely find out as we try to put a deal together. OK, what are the misc transaction "fees"? Tell me about the required $350 doc fee, the required $199 window etching fee, the required $60 nitrogen-in-the-tires fee, the required special wax fee? What - You don't have these silly fees? Wow, maybe WE CAN do business! Everything went perfectly - as customers we were treated professionally, with courtesy and with respect. Our plan was to look at the vehicle and if we liked it, try to put together a deal and then come back several days later to pick it up. But, it's a 2.5 hour drive 1-way to Curry. Instead, in our 2.5 hour visit, we put the deal together, service addressed a few minor items, they handled all the administrivia including the insurance and the NYS-in-transit plate, and we drove it home that evening!! Jay and the entire Curry team did a magnificent job! This is the business model others should emulate if they want to be successful. When we are in the market again, we will be back. After having my car in for routine service last Friday, July 15, on two occasions the "check tire pressure" light came on. I added air on my own and drove up to the dealer today. The temperature outside wa July 15, on two occasions the "check tire pressure" light came on. I added air on my own and drove up to the dealer today. The temperature outside was 103 degrees, but as usual, the Service Department (manager Bill Pfiffer) made sure to "squeeze me in" to the schedule. In no time, the tire was examined, the offending nails were pulled and the tire was plugged. This is my fifth car with Curry and now you can see why I go to no other dealer. Patrick Cannaban is superb, Dan Damon still calls me (after 10 months owning this car) to see how things are and I would not think of dealing with any other service person than John Skapetos. This dealership is one that has to make the Curry family proud. Keep up your good work!! More

I have to admit I was skeptical about taking a trip up from Maryland to buy a used 2008 TL Type-S from New York, but the trip proved to be well worth my time and effort. The car far exceeded my expectations as it was exactly as described on auto-trader.com. They did a good job detailing it inside and out and had even put on 4 new tires as part of the certification process. Nick was a pleasure to deal with as he is laid back and not pushy like many other salesman. The dealership itself is pretty nice and clean inside and out, not a backyard sales lot like many others in NY. These guys know what they are doing and I would pay a little extra to buy from them instead of a second-rate private dealer. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend Curry Acura to anyone. More

Bought a 2009 MDX. I drove all the way from Canada to buy this car. The sales staff, management and service people were very helpful, friendly and provided a lot of support and information in getting the req this car.
