POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I recently returned my second Acura RDX at the end of my lease and was subjected to a comedy of errors that lasted almost two months ! Curry took my I recently returned my second Acura RDX at the end of my lease and was subjected to a comedy of errors that lasted almost two months ! Curry took my car back and lost the paperwork , thus subjecting me to additional fees, penalties, taxes and threatening robocalls from Acura Finance that would put my credit in jeopardy. After numerous calls, I actually had to put Acura finance in touch with Curry to straighten things out, and after taking time off from work, had to visit the dealership to make sure they made the phone call to fix this situation. I don't recommend Acura Finance or Curry and don't see an Acura in my family's future. Good riddance!! More
great overall I guess its good and bad but at first no one came up to us. Great experience with Nick Mazzilli! I had a great experience with Nick when it came to leasing my new RDX. I really appreciated him taking the time to show me how to work all the many new features in the car. After waiting >2 hours, the headlight issue was neither addressed nor diagnosed, but Fazika did manage to find >$5,000 in suggested repairs. I explained that I had been there less than a month ago and a multi-point inspection found nothing wrong. Disappointed that they didn't address the main issue, I asked for my car back. Fazika insisted that I pay a $150 diagnostic fee. Fortunately, the new manager was extremely customer-oriented and was able to resolve the situation. More
Great Customer Service ! I worked with Ashawn to get my new RDX and couldn't be happier! He was nothing but pleasant, professional, and helpful! He made follow up calls to me during and after I got the car. He kept me updated on the status of the car and made sure afterwards that I was satisfied with my purchase. He's been nothing but polite and reassuring with all of my questions and concerns. My overall experience at Curry was great from beginning to end. More
