He listened carefully to me while I went into detail about my car. I was then escorted to the 3 beautiful customer lounge areas. Leather seating and 4K TVs plus complimentary waters. I decided to sit in the “Quiet Lounge” It was located close by the other 2 lounge areas. Everyone that had a car in service was very happy to be there and raved about the trust they felt about brining their car to Curry ACURA. I was very impressed by the entire experience at Curry Acura. I was there for about one hour. I moved here to Westchester in 2011 from Pebble Beach , CA. I am a luxury Golf & Tennis resort manager I know what 5 star 5 diamond service looks like. Anyone can give great service one time. But it’s not easy to do it over and over again. 11 times Acura Precision Team Award. Only 75 dealerships in country are recognized at that level. It’s no joke .. it’s for real. Before I left decided to meet the GM at Curry Acura Mike Miele. He was more than happy to take the time to make sure that I got everything I needed. I have very little knowledge about the inner works of a car but Dave explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. Dave treated me as if I had a brand new car off the lot. Dave is a great example to his surrounding team of how a client should be treated. I’m very confident Dave and the technicians at Curry Acura will do an excellent job!!! I am a first time owner of an Acura and I will forever be a customer at your location, thanks to two individuals that stood out. Even though my encounter has been pleasant with everyone, Furman (sorry I do not have the last name) was the greatest. Purchasing my Acura was not stressful and I felt trust that I was making a good deal on a good vehicle. Also I want to put the spotlight onto Frank Torres; he is also great when I am getting my vehicle service. His attention to detail and ready smile makes me certain that my vehicle is getting the service that she (yes, she) needs.
