He was patient and thorough with me as this was my first vehicle purchase ever. He took his time and did not push me. When it was time to show me the technology side of the car, I was very impressed. I told him what I wanted and the importance of a navigation system. He made it happen. Financials, I dealt with Yuri initially and Parm was the closer. He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything I needed to know. Again I must say it takes a lot to impress me. Especially since my first car before thus was a luxury car. More
