I was sure about what needed to be done on my vehicle other then an oil change. Jason Dume ,my service consultant, was able to provide me with detailed info about what condition my car was in. He even went so far as to explain in detail, along side the technician (Edgar), the things that were needed. He was not pushy with the recommendations which I liked. Sometimes I feel like service advisors use scare tactics to get you to do work that is not needed. That was definitely not the case w/ Jason. I will be returning for the additional work that needs to be done as I feel they have earned my business. More
