Wonderful establishment ! I had the pleasure of going here to look at a used MDX . I worked with a fine gentleman named Richard link . I knew I was in for a treat when the car listened to my every command and I fell in love right away . Honest mistake handled very poorly I went to buy my very first car from Curry Acura of Scarsdale and an honest mistake was made by my salesman, who was very nice and friendly. I discovered the mistake when I arrived at the dealership all ready to pick-up my brand new car, Acura IXL. It turns out that the car had been sold the week before due to a mistake with the VIN numbers, I was told. As disappointed as I was, it was a mistake and was ready to continue to go through with the deal. Well, they told me that they could not provide me with a renter car nor show any action that tried to make it up to me. They just said they were sorry and shook their heads. They didn't seem to care how I was going to get around being as I had already sold my previous car. They also had no idea when they would be able to get another car (in a different color than the one I wanted) to the dealership, as they were waiting on phone calls. I ended up going to Acura of Westchester in Larchmont and got the exact car that I wanted for $4,000 cheaper and dealt with amazing people that went out of their way to get me my new car in about 3.5 hours from the moment I walked in the door. GO TO ACURA OF WESTCHESTER INSTEAD! More

My first service today was on my new 2014 RLX, everyone was professional, courteous, thorough, and friendly as always David Pagano took me in immediately today and was very thorough in explaining what they would do for me and reassured me that the recall issue would be fixed as well. Whitney Bonilla took care of my loaner car needs immediately and within 2 minutes she had my loaner car ready for me. She was very friendly. Both of the aforementioned employees deserve a commendation. I plan to use Curry Acura for the rest of my life considering I have already forged a 16 year relationship with them, and plan to stay brand loyal because Acura's are incredible cars and just keep getting better as time goes on.
