To truly understand what its like to be treated like a human being at a car dealer, let me instruct you to ask for George. First and foremost, Patient, never pushy, always looking for feedback, has excellent product knowledge and a sense of humor all wrapped up in what can only be described as having your favorite uncle who happens to sell Acuras. So when it was time to upgrade,It had been 3 years since our RDX purchase, and George and greeted us like we just saw each other yesterday. I knew what I wanted and George had a MDX waiting for us to test drive. We were already sold on it, but we knew dealing with a trade in was a pain. Enter Rob Sorenson the Business Manager. Rob was upfront about all costs, and explained everything in way even my eight year old understood. Rob, like George, was patient ( even with a 5 and 8 year old causing chaos in his office ). Again injecting the "human" side of making a large purchase without the stress. I am a Acura driver for life, and part of that has to do with the quality of people who help you, the people who check in on you and take care of you when it counts. And they totally do. More
