He was very patient as I went through several iterations about which vehicle and features I wanted. He really listened to me and he worked hard to meet my "non-standard" demands. After I purchased my 2015 MDX, Brian stayed with me long after the dealership closed to help me understand all the features and settings. He also followed up with me by phone to make sure everything was going OK. Finance process was smooth and quick.
