Service is King! It was hard to part with our 12 year old MDX, but it was time. Dave Pagano was there for us through the years, always friendly and responsive, giving us sound advice, which made owning our car worth it financially. So, I'll admit it, I dreaded going into the sales room, thinking I would be bait for the sharks. I steeled myself, and purposefully checked out the RDX. Amazingly, no one pounced. Then I saw this nice guy just smiling at me from the corner of the room. Yes, I thought, I can deal with him. So, Joe Martinez helped me through the process, as painlessly as possible. I was able to get all of my questions answered, till the final day when my husband came with me to purchase the car. Dmitri Davidoff was calm and organized and we exchanged paperwork in less than ten minutes. The story ends with us driving away in our beautiful 2015 basque red, silver-chromed RDX with gorgeous chrome wheels! Was there a hitch? Yes. The tire pressure monitoring system alarm went off when I was driving out of state the next day. Did it stress me out? Yes. Turns out the wrong sensor was installed in the car. Not Curry Acura's fault. And they fixed it promptly. Acura cars are smooth beautiful vehicles, but the service is king! More
