BEST DEALERS EVER!! On May 3rd I walked in to the dealership to discuss trading in my 2004 Acura TSX for a new certified used car. Right away I was greeted by Furman By On May 3rd I walked in to the dealership to discuss trading in my 2004 Acura TSX for a new certified used car. Right away I was greeted by Furman Byrd w. a big smile and open arms. He actually remembered me and the car that I had purchased w. him 4 years back. He asked me how I was, and how my car was and how he could help. I was amazed that he didn't treat me like a dollar sign that walked through the door, but like a friend, dare I say Family!! I have to mention that everyone at this dealership has treated me like a member of their ACURA FAMILY. It is the reason that this is the 3rd car that I have purchased with Furman. We discussed my options and I decided that leasing my next car was the best scenario for me. He took me for a test drive of the new ILX model and when I wasn't happy driving a black one, he let me drive the white one that was all the way in the back and locked. He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy and that I could invision mysefl driving away with one. I was thrilled and decided that the white one, was the one I NEEDED. When it came time for the financing, I met with Yuri Abramov. He was also fantastic. He would walk on coals to make sure that I got all the features I wanted, to a level that I could afford. He explained every detail and made sure that I understood my options. A VERY PATIENT MAN!!! Even the manager came out to congratulate me on my new car. I was VERY impressed with the team!! I even recieved a phone call the next day to make sure that I was enjoying the new ride. I would definately come back to this new car family they have created. More
