Here is my Acura family story. My family and I were going on our family winter vacation. Halfway into our trip my check engine light and all wheel drive light illuminated on the dash board. Our MDX started t on our family winter vacation. Halfway into our trip my check engine light and all wheel drive light illuminated on the dash board. Our MDX started to hesitate and lost all wheel drive. I called the service department and spoke to Dave Pagano. I explained the situation to Dave and he told me to come right over to the dealership. One hundred miles into the trip I turned around and headed for the dealership. When I got to the dealership Dave welcomed me and my family with open arms and got to work on my MDX right away. Dave invited my whole family to the waiting room, (my wife, 3 little kids, and dog). The dealership was very accommodating to my family and I. Within a few hours the had our MDX fixed and we were back on the road. Dave Pagano and the dealership really made me feel like family! On the same day i gave Mr.Davidoff a check with my deposit he could not give me an exact date my vehicle would be delivered.When i asked him to return my deposit untill he was aware of a delivery date deposit he could not give me an exact date my vehicle would be delivered.When i asked him to return my deposit untill he was aware of a delivery date.He played a childish game claiming my check was already sent to the bank.In addition he claimed to have sold me an extended bumper to bumper warranty.To only find out a few years later the warranty that was sold to me was an after market power train warranty.
