The first person I met was Jim Raysor, who I later found out was the manager of the dealership. He was lovely, no pressure. Hooked me up with Paul Pisani. Paul was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and very down to earth. I felt like I was talking to a friend, not a salesperson. He was pateint with my questions and helped me understand every aspect of my lease. When it came time to do the financial piece he hooked me up with Yuri. Yuri, never once made me feel like an idiot. Rob was very professional and friendly.
