I have been working with Christopher Bach as a service advisor for the past year and a half and have been more than happy with him. I knew him before he was in the office because he was a mechanic in the advisor for the past year and a half and have been more than happy with him. I go in and he already knows what I'm going to need done. He came out and greeted me, already had the shuttle pulled up to the door so I could make my train and knew I would be picking up the car after hours. He arranged to have the car locked out for me before I left in the morning. I've never been more comfortable with any service advisor before. Because of that I look forward to many more years of great service from this young man. It is also a pleasure to see that one of my previous advisors, Larry Surman is now the service manager. I have been a bmw owner for the last 6 years and was going to lease my 3rd when my neighbor told me to go check out the acura mdx. Although I absolutely loved the Mdx I did not quite feel like this is where I wanted to purchase it . Two days later I stopped by Curry Acura where I was greeted promptly by one of the managers which asked me what I was interested in and then introduced me to Anthony Rodia. After the first 10 minutes with Anthony I knew where and who I was buying my Acura from . Not only did he blow away the salesperson I dealt with at the other Acura dealer but he was the most knowledgeable and helpful salesperson I have ever dealt with . Talk about knowing the product and the business . WOWW .. Not only did he know his vehicle but he gave me the pros and cons of 2 other makes that I was interested in and what the leases on them were . He also told me why I should choose the MDX and what the best way would be to structure the lease. I tried to stump him by asking him how a lease is figured out and he totally blew me away when without a hesitation wrote out on a piece of paper the whole entire equation on how to figure out a lease. I was impressed !!! I have been in finance for 13 years and I consider myself great when it comes to numbers and I was extremely impressed with how good, on point and intelligent Anthony is when it comes to numbers and financial math ! Couldn't get anything passed him . If you are in the market for an Acura make Curry Acura your 1st and only stop !!! I am currently leasing my 8th ACURA from Curry ACURA. My first experience with Curry ACURA was when I leased my first CL in 1998. Furman Byrd has been my sales associate for my last three TL leases from Curry ACURA and just handled my RLX lease this week. His overall personality is fantastic and dealing with him is a pleasure. He goes out of his way to be knowledgeable about both his clients; and his cars. He really did try his best to get me the best lease deal possible. I never thought leasing a 2014 ACURA RLX would even be financially possible. My six prior cars were TL's, and the last three were leased through Furman. He had me test drive the 2014 RLX on Thursday November 21st, and worked out an incredible deal for me! Being a Catholic School Teacher, I am on a pretty tight budget, so I had a few financial limits that I just could not go over. His direct superior, whose name I cannot recall, (Michael? He is the gentleman that Furman presents his customer offers to) came out to introduce himself to me, and finalized the deal Furman presented to him on my behalf, with a smile and a handshake! No haggling! No hoops to jump through! He recognized what a loyal Curry Acura customer I am and for that, I was rewarded! Knowing Furman for about 9 years, I can tell you that Furman always follows up, calls for birthdays, calls just to check in, always let's me know about potential sales, and truly makes me feel like I am part of the "CURRY ACURA FAMILY". I have leased eight ACURAS through Curry since my first CL in 1998 and have dealt with almost every employee in sales and service at CURRY ACURA. I go no where else but Curry and I will truly be a lifelong coustomer. This was my first time dealing with Rob Sorensen. He was so helpful and made the financial part of the leasing process easy and fast. That can be a traumatic part of leasing, but not with Rob. His easy going approach to his financial obligations overshadows the fear some clients have with the spending of their money. Even though this was my first time with Rob, i was truly impressed with his overall knowledge of numbers, and his dedication to his job.I have dealt with Dimitri Davidoff twice in the past and he too made the process enjoyable.
