Many of Jonathan's rapidfire "Let me ask you a question" conversations where pinnacle coupled with his positive energy was warm and welcoming. His sense of humor and engaging professionalism was refreshing. Joe was very personable and but a little nervous that day as he was going to propose to his fiancee that evening. He shared with us the his plans he set for that historical evening and was really happy for him. He was a sincere and personable salesman and immediately got a good vibe when I first shook his hand. Overall Experience: GREAT - Why? Everyone had a smile, were respectful and friendly without any of the salesman "push" throughout the entire process. We're from CT, and negotiated everything over the phone. Came to the showroom once, test drove the RDX, sat with Yuri, who was clear and got right to deal details and options - we were there no more than 2 hours. Now that's how you make it GREAT. Yes - we are very satisfied and would recommend them without question. Due to logistics, we probably wouldn't utilize their service dept offerings but this deal from soup to nuts as flawless.
