When the sale was complete Gary went over the whole car with me and made sure I knew every feature on the car and how everything worked. He helped me set up the onstar. The manager Laura came out after to make sure I was happy with everything. They also said if i have any questions after to call or stop by and they would answer any questions and help. Not only did we get a great car, a great deal, we feel like we have a new extended family at Curry. We have small twins and they even invited us to come with them to see them. We were in the market to lease a new vehicle. The reviews for the new Chevrolet Impala were excellent. Although the initial price quoted was a little high, Meg Haviland, our salesperson called back and said for the new Chevrolet Impala were excellent. The Impalla 2LT sedan, that was put aside for us, had upgraded features we had not expected (Sunroof; Bose Audio system). The entire transaction with Meg Haviland and Lou Orofino (Business Mgr.) could not have gone more smoothly nor been handled in a more professional manner. Upon receiving the car, Meg Haviland stayed "after-hours", in order to familiarize us with the numerous features of the Impala. It was done in a very friendly manner and without making us feel that we were being "rushed" through the presentation.
