I came to Curry when they were also a Subaru Dealer and was so impressed with their Service Rep. at the time, that I stayed with them when it was time to get other cars. They have a fantastic Body Shop that twice put a Forester Back to "Showroom Quality" condition when it needed it and Max did such a great job getting me into a 08 Pilot that I was looking for, that within a couple of months when I needed to find a used Ford Ranger he found one for me! Two weeks ago I went to a dealership in West Springfield Massachusetts that I have been doing business with for over 11 years. The purpose of my visit was to purchase a used Honda Ridgeline. A relative had purchased a Honda Ridgeline from Curry Honda in Chicopee Mass. and all he kept raving about was his experience with a salesperson named Will Fathi Ahmed. My relative also stated that he had shopped around vigorously and found that Curry had the best deals. So naturally, I didn't listen and shopped around myself. Needless to say, I had wasted my time. I finally decided to call Mr. Fathi Ahmed. It was one of my most rewarding calls ever made. I got the best deal within a 500 mile radius. I am now the very proud owner of a 2011 Honda Ridgeline and its all thanks to Curry Honda and Will Fathi Ahmed. I gave Curry Honda all 5's because it's ran the way a dealership should be ran. I was treated as if I had been doing business with Curry for over 11 years. I am also proud to say that Mr. Will Fathi Ahmed is now a friend of mine. I went to Curry to test drive a CRV and see what kind of "deal" there would be. I did not have a trade-in. Most importantly to me was that there was no pressure. In fact, I intended to look at Nisson Rogue "deal" there would be. I did not have a trade-in. Most importantly to me was that there was no pressure. (I had done this at home but for a 2010 two wheel drive model and that wasn't available). Everyone I had contact with and observed while there was friendly and helpful. Additionally, when Mark Guarnieri went over the service options, again no pressure. In fact, he provided information and some papers for us in connection with our selling the old car to a friend. My experience at Curry was great from finding the car I wanted to closing the deal. The salesman was great. Very knowlegdeable, patient and helpful with making my decision.
