Jesse Robles of the Service Department was very friendly throughout, and highly efficient. He had lots if knowledge about my car and what service I wanted, and gave his insight into the matter. We discussed the parts needed and the total cost in advance. The shop did the work in the timeline needed and there were no surprise costs. They additionally examined the car for other possible future problems. I recommend Lia Honda Service Dept and commend Jesse Robles for his knowledge of the Honda car I brought in.

We really only deal with this dealership when there is a recall on our vehicle. They have been very cooperative unhelpful in contacting us. It was not their fault when some kind of part was not available to them in many other dealerships that there was a major delay in scheduling a recall repair. That was not their fault. The service department is definitely attentive and helpful and friendly.

I was visiting my son in Simsbury and my new Honda Pilot had a glitch in the information screen. . When I contacted the local Hoffman dealership to see if they could help me, they were so accommodating. Upon my arrival, my car was immediately taken for evaluation and within the hour it was fixed!
