Expert understanding of the issues with my Honda. My Honda Cross tour, needed routine service (oil, tires, fluids etc.) They discovered an issue with the brakes. Showed me the parts that were defective and took care of it in less than three hours. My service rep made contacting the repair service a breeze. He called me back with all of the information and was able to answer all of my questions. The courtesy van service was a little long and had several stops but it was at no charge. Thanks Honda for looking out. More

Won’t be coming back The Curry Honda Service Department was not upfront with me about the condition of my car. I brought my car in for some routine maintenance and a multi The Curry Honda Service Department was not upfront with me about the condition of my car. I brought my car in for some routine maintenance and a multi-point inspection. During the maintenance it was discovered I needed an additional repair. I then asked my assigned service advisor if there was anything else wrong with my car as I wanted to prepare for the worst. The service advisor told me “nope, you’re all good.” This was a blatant lie. After forking over a paycheck to get my car back, I discovered the results of the multi-point inspection snuck into the back of a big stack of papers from Curry Honda. Multiple categories on this form were marked as needing immediate repairs, which to me does not mean my car is “all good.” I learned in talking to the service manager, Chris, that my service advisor withheld the information that I have an engine oil leak and my brake fluid and power steering fluid need replacement. The dishonesty of the Curry Honda Service Department left me in a potentially dangerous situation with my car. I had to dig to get information that should have been reviewed with me immediately in the shop. And to be blatantly told nothing else was wrong with my car when I asked directly just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning. More
