Messed up while detailing I was looking for a used Honda Odyssey and found one decently priced. I liked the car but wanted them to fix noise issue before purchasing the vehicle I was looking for a used Honda Odyssey and found one decently priced. I liked the car but wanted them to fix noise issue before purchasing the vehicle. They promised to fix and detail the vehicle. I went to dealership and completed the purchase. When I got into vehicle, I noticed that there were burn marks on dashboard due to chemicals. I called the sales person, Roy Neal. He flatly told me that this was already there and I didn't notice when I came looking for the vehicle. It is pretty clear that this is caused by harsh cleaning liquid. Very disappointed and feeling bad about buying from them. Better to go with Carvana, who clearly tell what is wrong. More

Professional Service I scheduled an appt with Curry Honda because of a recall on my Honda Accord. I spoke with Jamal and he was professional and courteous. He immediately I scheduled an appt with Curry Honda because of a recall on my Honda Accord. I spoke with Jamal and he was professional and courteous. He immediately sent an email with my appointment time & date. The day before my appointment, I was called for confirmation. When I arrived the morning of my appointment, I was greeted by several service workers who was willing to assist. Kristen P. was my assigned service worker. She listened to my car concerns and explained the process. Later that day, Kristen called to inform me of care repairs that needed immediate attention. She was detailed and offered advice. I bring my Honda to Curry because of the courteous service I consistently receive. More

I went to their service department for airbag recall services on 08/04/2015 !!!!!DON'T DO AIRBAG RECALL here!!!!!! The worst Honda service department. I went to their service department for airbag recall services on 08/04/2015. They asked me to leave the car over night, and promised me to provide me a rental car. They failed to get a rental car and I had to wait for 2+ hours for them to fix the recall. What is worse, after their fix while driving back home I found there was something wrong with the car. I had to turn the steer wheel a little bit left to drive straight. Also, the right side of driver side airbag they changed is higher than the left side. I went back to their service today 08/05/2015 at noon. They checked and told me they can fix the airbag higher issue but they had nothing to do with the steer wheel. They refused to repair the issue they brought in with their fix. The service guy is Brian, the technician manager is Marty, I talked to both of them and their manager Chris who is also the service manager in Curry Honda. Chris satirized me and asked me What do you want? Are you here for a free alignment? I said no, I wanted you guys fix the issue you brought in. He kept mocking me and said I can give you a discount for $49.99, which should be $79.99 to fix the alignment issue. I asked to talk to his boss. They refused and said he is the only one in charge of here. I refused their service offer and called 911. Officer Jeffrey came but he was embarrassed to say he could not create a claim for a civil dispute and encouraged me to contact with Honda America. Don't do services with Curry Honda!!!!! If you have done oil change with service provider like Jiffy Lube you will find they use oil from Shell which is in great quality. But in Curry Honda, I don't know which brand they use, but it's very low quality. The engine's noise is still too loud even the engine oil is already 100% full. Which hears like the same with 10% oil. If you want to take good care of your car, trust me. Never come to Curry Honda for services!!!!!!!BTW, they are so rude!!! More

LET ME START OUT BY SAYING THAT ANY 5-STAR COMMENTS ARE PROBABLY BECAUSE CURRY HONDA IS GIVING OUT FREE OIL CHANGES IF YOU RATE THEM 5 STARS ON HERE. I PERSONALLY WILL NOT LIE TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS I WOULD LIKE TO WARN YOU GUYS WHAT YOU ARE GETTING YOURSELF INTO AT THIS CRAPPY DEALERSHIP. Firstly Chris Ford and Kristen Parrott are the most despicable people that you could ever have the displeasure of working with. Chris Ford, who is the manager might I add, is single-handedly the rudest person I have EVER dealt IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE position, ironically enough. He attempts to railroad you out out the dealership if you have any customer-related or warranty issues. Each time I have dealt with him he has been a complete A hole. The wait times are horrible and if you have any kind of warranty related issues, you may as well not stop by this xxxx hole because there is no one there who is going to be willing to help you. I had an issue with my brand new car and when I went in to have it address, I got the complete run-around and was sent to all three departments, still not having any resolution to my situation. The upper-level managers are not helpful at all and when I tried to get help from a couple of them I was told "you have to make an appt to sit with him" and "we cannot give out this manager's phone #." I'm sorry Your Highness, but how cannot you not make time for the people keeping your crappy dealership in business? I would most definitely recommend bypassing this dealership and going to Carland Honda. They are a lot nicer and friendlier and I have never had an issue when I have gone there. I have a strong background in customer service, so it is not my intent to make anyones job harder than it has to be, but these people here are out of control and until I see an improvement here, I am most definitely going to keep speaking out against them!
