Lied about price and necessary services, Bad Follow Up I went in for Honda B1 service. Service Employee Robert Jackson attempted to charge me $60 more than the special advertised price. When I mentioned it I went in for Honda B1 service. Service Employee Robert Jackson attempted to charge me $60 more than the special advertised price. When I mentioned it to him he was unapologetic. He later told me I needed a new battery. I declined the service and I had my battery tested at 3 other places. Alma Brooks called to follow up on my service and I told her all of these things and how upset I was. She said she would follow up because this was very serious. After weeks went by, I called back to follow up with her and she acted as though she did not remember me and even tried to say that I must have spoken to her assistant Trisha, who I never in life spoke to. I literally spent 20 minutes talking to this lady, have her name written down in my records, have a voicemail from when she originally contacted me, and called her back on her private number that she gave me. Yet, she was convinced I didn't talk to me because she is "normally good with names". There is no accountability at this site. I would not trust the prices or suggestions given for service and I would also not believe the customer relations when they say anything. I will never go there again. More

Great Service I had a flat tire over the week end and I had to call triple aaa to put on my spare. They could not find my spare so I thought I never received my spa I had a flat tire over the week end and I had to call triple aaa to put on my spare. I called the manager at the used/new car service and they ordered me a new spare tire (no questions asked) they told When I got there my tire was in a special compartment so I did not need it.. The Manager Jason was very helpful and then I told him my engine light was on. I did not have a appointment and Jason spoke to someone in service and had me to pull to the service department. Routine Oil Change I took my 2011 Honda CRV to Honda for a routine oil change. This was my first oil change since I purchased the car February 2014. I work in the area and would pass the dealer often and thought I would give them a chance because it was close to the job and also they had early hours. I was very pleased with the service I received. They opened promptly at 7am and immediately to my car to the back. The representative that checked my in was polite and courteous. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. That was important to me. They were done with the oil change in 45minutes. I was thoroughly impressed. I will always take my car there for service. While driving from Jacksonville Fl to Cedar Rapids IA, our van began making loud grinding noise like a bad drive shaft. Fearing the worst, we stopped at Curry Honda early in the morning. They found that t our van began making loud grinding noise like a bad drive shaft. Fearing the worst, we stopped at Curry Honda early in the morning. They found that the problem was loose lug nuts on one wheel, caused by inadequate torque applied when wheels were rebalanced in Jacksonville. They did a thorough job checking over the rest of the van, then sent us on our way AT NO CHARGE!!!! If ever there was an opportunity to take advantage of someone this would have been it, but they were extremely friendly, helpful, and quick to find the problem. We couldn't be more pleased with this dealership and the people who work there! More

I purchased my car about a year and a half ago and now it's making a strange noise every morning and every afternoon after it's been sitting for a few hours. I brought my car to this location so someone can tell me what's going on and to fix the problem. Well, after speaking with Brian Walker the service rep I was basically told that since the car would only make the noise after its been sitting for a few hours and they can't duplicate the sound that there's nothing they can do. He never even bothered to look up under the hood to see if they can figure out what the problem is. I'm not a mechanic but you don't have to be a genius to know that something is wrong with your car !!! That was a slap in my face! What a waste of time driving there only to be turned away. I asked to speak with the service manager Chris and he's the main reason why I'm writing this review !!! Why is he called the service manager when he doesn't know about customer service nor does he know how to handle a situation ?? Managers are suppose to straighten out the complaint as professional as possible instead I left the service area with such a disgusting taste in my mouth !!! I'm absolutely without a doubt upset that I'm driving in a car that may have some mechanical issues and I'm still making payments on this car. Curry Honda will make sure you purchase a car from them even lie to you about the car but when something is wrong you better not bring it to them because they won't bother taking a look to see what's wrong !!! Do not get your car repaired here. They will take you for everything you've got and do nothing. Every time I go there they find something that needs to be repaired on my car. I have bought my car new in 2010 and always take it to the dealership to be repaired regurally. We recently moved to Atlanta and ever since my car apparently constantly needs something replaced or some crazy flush. You may be thinking people in Atlanta commute a lot but I don't. I work from home, my kids ' school is about ten blocks away. However, I would drop 300-400 every six months. I felt there had to be something wrong. I reviewed my reciepts since coming to curry honda and hr recipts from back home. Theulu just didnt make since. For the same code Curry would suggest more services, I also noticed that they reported my brake pads needing to be replace way too often. I thought it was strange because I had factory brake pads the amount of use within six months was the same as having driven to Atlanta from Portland, OR. I called to speak to the manager about it ht he never returned my call. I went in during my regularly scheduled maintenance and they guy was not working that day. However, they found a nail in my tire that couldn't be patched. The entire tire needed to be replaced. The tired are one year old! I told them to try their hardest to patch the thing. My husband went into the back to speak with the guy that was doing the repair. He said the repair was easy and he could take care of it. Every couple of weeks after the tired would go flat. I thought the patch just didn't work. My husband took it to the tire place and there was no patch!!!! But I paid for the patch job and the laborat Honda!!!! You've been warned don't go there!!! More
