After waiting 4 hours for my car to have an overall check before a long trip, the service advisor apologize that by mistake my car's paperwork was not forwarded to the mechanics! The manageress I complained to ordered to have my car taken in immediately and it was done after another hour. As a "goodwill gesture" I was given a $10.00 discount on my bill...
