Perky informative staff I had scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and recall for the motor mount. Disgusted I have never had such a horrible experience at a dealership as they had at this one. I spent more time sitting and waiting and being told all the cars I have never had such a horrible experience at a dealership as they had at this one. I spent more time sitting and waiting and being told all the cars ready and it wasn’t! I did have a freeze on it I called to have it removed. And I was told all the cars ready and it wasn’t. And then at the last minute the dealer was rushing taking things from my old car to the new car. Did he take the time as I asked him to do explain things about the new car no he did not! I asked her could we have some heat heat pumped up the heat to 83° I fried all the way home! He did put in a couple of radio stations for me wow wasn’t that nice of him not! Can you tell that I’m not at all happy with this gentleman? I would not give him a good review for any amount of money! More
