Sales +, Service - My wife and I were interested in a Rogue and Jim Ward showed us several models with different packages and explained all the differences. We took a t My wife and I were interested in a Rogue and Jim Ward showed us several models with different packages and explained all the differences. We took a test ride after our choice to be sure and decided we wanted a red Rogue SV model. Jim was excellent. We purchased the car with a trade in and cash and were to pick up the car the next day. The next day I was told the car could not be inspected because of a repair notice requiring the battery to be disconnected and would need to put some miles on it to re-activate the computer sensors. The next day I arrived and sat around for 2 hours before being told I needed to put more milage on the car and return again. I'll be back Monday and hope I can get an inspection sticker. This is completely the service department's fault and a weak "sorry" doesn't cut it on a multi-thousand dollar prchase. I'll stay away from the service department and won't buy another car from Curry because of their carelessness. More
