Professional ,Friendly and Thoughtful experience. As many have said in the past buying a car often times is stressful . My husband had just finished helping our Daughters find new cars and all did not As many have said in the past buying a car often times is stressful . My husband had just finished helping our Daughters find new cars and all did not go smoothly at other dealerships .So to start again was not the highlight of his day . BUT that changed when we went to Curry and met with Cassidy Laramee. Well let me just say we met Cassidy Laramee and that changed our car buying experience . Cassidy was very welcoming right from the first hand shake . Greeted us with a smile and was the first "Associate" ever to ask what she could do for us . How can this purchase happen ? So we went forward ,had a test drive asked and answered questions from both sides and the sale process started . During this process we were met with many scheduling conflicts "our side" and Cassidy worked with us to meet those challenges with grace and patience ,so accommodating to us and our needs . The staff we met with were very friendly and willing to help us . We purchased a car and Cassidy worked closely with us to get every thing settled , We did have concerns with an issue and she immediately made an appointment to have it addressed . All seems to be going well and because of Jason and Cassidy we are enjoying our vehicle. There are sales associates and then there are sharks and I am happy to say Cassidy is a great representative for Curry and their sale team. we were very pleased with the follow up and feedback she offered and even today she has called to see how we are doing and if we had any questions she could help with . The personal touch that is so appreciated for sure, a sales associate who listens and puts herself out to work with her customers ,and all with a smile and ease. That is a keeper for sure .We would like to thank Cassidy ,Jason and David for all their help .There was no pressure at all and just to have them take time to help with setting up the phone , to the workings of the car and all with so much consideration and professionalism. The dealership was so clean ,inviting and welcoming . I must agree this is simply the best experience we have had purchasing a car. Painless Car Buying Experience I have always found the entire process of buying a car, from walking into the dealership, all the way to signing the paperwork, to be exceedingly stre I have always found the entire process of buying a car, from walking into the dealership, all the way to signing the paperwork, to be exceedingly stressful. The pressure, the upsells, the bartering; all of it is annoying. With that in mind, I went to Curry Nissan loaded for bear. My wife had test-driven a Rogue Sport, fell in love with it, and wanted me to come to dealership to crunch numbers. As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was met by Sales Associate Ben Galas. Almost immediately, I felt much more at ease, as Ben was not what I consider to be the "typical" salesman. There was no pressure to buy anything, no attempts to add on features/packages that my wife didn't want, and no false sense of urgency. Ben was relaxed, but professional. He clearly knew his product line, and was able to answer our questions. After discussing some options, we sat down, talked about numbers, and with almost no back-and-forth, struck a solid deal. Ben is a great Sales Associate, and I strongly recommend him. We financed the car through Nissan, and the professionals working in their Finance Department were outstanding. We were presented with extended warranty options, and we talked about the pros and cons of each. Again, I never felt pressured into one over the other. Based on our needs, I selected a lower-tier extended warranty option, but wasn't made to "feel bad" about it. The finance process was relaxed, and relatively quick. No complaints whatsoever. Curry Nissan handled all of the registration/tag process for us, and did so as quickly as can be expected when working with the MA RMV. That is to say, we were able to pick up our new vehicle the following day at 5;00 PM. Not bad, considering we bought the car on the last day of the month. I can't say enough good things about the people at Curry Nissan. They made a normally stress-filled process virtually painless. I will buy from them again, and I strongly urge anyone reading this to do the same. More
