Wonderful service experience I was traveling away from home when a wheel bearing went bad...again. It had been repaired once by my Subaru dealer, and now I needed the same repair I was traveling away from home when a wheel bearing went bad...again. No Pressure Sale -- Third Subaru Purchased at Colonial Arrived and was greeted by David Smith. He allowed my wife and I to inspect and discuss the Subaru Forester in private at our leisure. When requeste Arrived and was greeted by David Smith. He allowed my wife and I to inspect and discuss the Subaru Forester in private at our leisure. When requested, he answered all questions thoroughly and succinctly. He then took us on a test drive including smooth roads, rougher roads, curves, elevation changes, etc. so we could evaluate ride, handling and performance. Best test drive I ever had. He demonstrated and explained the many new capabilities of the Touring model. A fair price was offered and immediately accepted (based on considerable pre-visit research). We picked up our car about a month later and were given another tutorial and sent happily on our way. When we need our next car we will go back to Dave at Colonial. More
