I Love Going to Colonial Nearly 18 years ago, I moved to the Hudson Valley, traded in my Volvo, and purchased my first Subaru, a new Legacy, from Colonial Subaru. I needed a Nearly 18 years ago, I moved to the Hudson Valley, traded in my Volvo, and purchased my first Subaru, a new Legacy, from Colonial Subaru. I needed a car that was dependable and safe and could navigate the Hudson Valley’s snowy roads. Twelve years later, I traded that car in at Colonial and purchased my second Subaru from them. I am a happy customer! Both cars have been serviced exclusively by Colonial, and I have never had anything but good experiences with the Service Department. Each time I bring the car in for service, I am confident that the service will represent the consistently high quality work as has been the case these last 18 years. I have never been disappointed. I love going to Colonial! On top of the quality of the service area, Colonial’s attention to its customers exceeds my expectations. From the minute I arrive to drop off my keys, I feel like I’m visiting friends. I know that Buddy, Ellen, and Tina will go out of their way to meet my needs by accommodating my schedule to the extent they can, providing me a loaner car as available or get me a rental if necessary, and making sure to let me know what’s available at the breakfast bar! The attention to these details is telling. The recent addition of two immaculate and comfortable waiting areas is another example of how Colonial attends to its customers. One room is a quiet room; the other room has a TV. Colonial has taken its customer service to quite a high level. I am grateful to the entire staff of Colonial! More
