She was very professional and has great communication skills; she answered all our questions and kept us informed of the status of the work in progress. I knew the great staff at Colonial Motorcars would help me so I stopped in and they were able to help me that day. I just love everyone in service Buddy, Andrew, Ellen and Tina. They are always so accommodating, kind and helpful. And to make it even better because my car 🚗 is still under warranty it was covered in full. They also have a wonderful sales staff too my salesman Rob Deese is never too busy to answer any of my questions and as soon as I can I will be ordering a new 2018 Crosstrek. I would not buy a car from anyone else or any other dearship. So go see them if you need a new or used car or if you need service too. They are the best!!! More
